We love and value our customers, and over the years have tried to find fun ways to say ‘thank you’ as a company to the individuals and businesses who trust us to provide them with the computer systems they depend on every day. For a while now, we had been offering a code with the purchase of new workstations that could be redeemed for a variety of merch through an online portal – but we are pivoting and bringing free merch back into our warehouse so that it can be sent out in the box with systems instead. The exact list of items will likely change over time, but to start we have a journal, baseball cap, mouse pad, wireless charger, power bank, and beanie.
I also came up with what I hope is a fun choice for some folks: “Surprise Me”. This option lets our inventory team pick from one of the available items to include with your order. It may be at random, or perhaps they’ll see something in the notes about where you work or how you will use the computer and find an item they think is particularly appropriate.
Beyond those free items, we also want to offer our fans more ways to show off their pride in owning a Puget system. We are launching a merch store in partnership with NW Custom Apparel, where you can buy Puget-branded shirts, jackets, hats, and more. The goal here is not to make money: our business focus is, and always will be, building computers to help our customers get their work done and supporting them with world-class service. We aren’t getting a cut of these sales – in fact, it costs us a little bit to have the storefront hosted – but we often get asked about how people can share their experiences with us, so we want to do what we can to enable that.
